4. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property
All original designs, sketches, samples, and concepts created by Runway Fashion remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client-provided designs, measurements, and concepts remain the intellectual property of the client.
We do not reproduce or sell client designs without consent.
Once garments are delivered or displayed publicly, Runway Fashion is not responsible for third-party copying or imitation.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:
Designs, samples, measurements, pricing, and technical information
Client identities and collaboration details
Confidential information will only be shared internally or with trusted partners strictly for project execution.
6. Measurements, Fit & Custom Orders
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
Minor variations in color, embroidery placement, fabric texture, and fit may occur due to the handmade and custom nature of production.
Custom and made-to-measure orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
7. Payments & Pricing
Payment terms will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
Production typically begins after receipt of advance payment.
All payments are non-refundable once production has started.
Taxes, duties, and shipping charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.
8. Delivery, Shipping & Export
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to production complexity or external factors.
Runway Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss transfers to the client upon dispatch.
9. Limitation of Liability
Runway Fashion shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of business, revenue, or reputation
Third-party actions, copying, or misuse of delivered products
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the specific order in question.
10. Third-Party Services
We may work with third-party vendors such as logistics providers or print suppliers. Runway Fashion is not responsible for their independent actions but ensures reasonable due diligence.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
False or misleading information is provided
Payment obligations are not met

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
