Return & Refund Policy
At Runway Fashion, all our products are developed through custom design, made-to-measure tailoring, and handcrafted processes. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Due to the bespoke and personalized nature of our services:
Custom-made, made-to-measure, and embroidery-based orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes garments developed using client-provided designs, measurements, fabrics, prints, or embroidery styles.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
2. Eligible Returns (Manufacturing Defects Only)
Returns may be considered only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, such as:
Major construction faults
Significant damage during production
Incorrect item delivered (not matching approved design or order confirmation)
Minor variations in color, embroidery placement, texture, or handcrafted detailing do not qualify as defects.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return for an eligible issue:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
Share clear photos/videos of the issue
Provide your order reference and description of the problem
All return requests are subject to review and approval by the Runway Fashion team.
4. Resolution Options
If a return request is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
Repair or correction of the product
Replacement (subject to material availability)
Partial or full refund (in rare cases only)
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Shipping & Return Costs
Approved returns must be shipped back in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are generally borne by the client unless the issue is confirmed as our error.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
6. International Orders
For overseas shipments:
Customs clearance delays, duties, or taxes are not grounds for return or refund.
Any import restrictions or local regulations are the responsibility of the client.
7. No Returns for the Following
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
Incorrect measurements provided by the client
Change of mind or preference
Event cancellations or date changes
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Normal variations in handcrafted work
8. Policy Updates
Payment terms will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
Production typically begins after receipt of advance payment.
All payments are non-refundable once production has started.
Taxes, duties, and shipping charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.
8. Delivery, Shipping & Export
Runway Fashion reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
