1. We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or defective, and you will get a full or partial refund. Package lost during the ordinary shipment period can be treated with full refund.
2. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from runwayfashion.in, you may return it and get a refund. If your order is Custom Made, you will only get 50% refund. In addition you will incur shipping fees.
3. If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs.
4. You should contact us within 7 business days (from the date that the item is received) if you want to return the item back to us.
5. The quality problem is not including color aberration for it could exist due to PC monitor display effect and weather condition, but we can declare that our products are of good quality.
6. We can only warrant you refund after we receive the item in good conditions as we send to you.
7. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged by improper cleaning method.
8. Refunds are issued in US Dollars for Clients outside India. For Indian Clients We pay in Indian Rupees.
